At The House Of Patou we give traditional community readings, what does that mean?
Traditionally, people within the community go to see a diviner in regards to very specific situation in order to receive divine guidance, insight, and advice from our Ancestors and personal deities in reference to what we CURRENTLY need help on, I relate this to a counselling session, or 'family therapy' when our ancestors are present.
Before booking a reading with The House Of Patou, or any other practitioner for this matter, first ask yourself "Do I need this reading?" "Why do I need this reading?" "What situation/challenge do I need higher guidance in?" . Most individuals get a reading with no specific questions that they need clarity on, and these are what we call "general readings" which is absolutely fine! Your Ancestors and spirit guides will always have somethings to tell you either way. However, before booking a reading with us ensure that you have taken the time to first consult your spiritual court by yourself, and for yourself, as at The House Of Patou we are all about assisting you on cultivating your own relationship with your Ancestors and spiritual guide to ensure you receive the message in which they have sent to you. In most cases your spirits will come through with a message, vision, or guidance... If then you are having trouble interpreting the visions, or need more clarity on the signs and symbolisms, or require extra validation on what your spiritual court has told/shown you, you can book a reading with our Mami Wata in order to get more clarity with said vision/message/dream ect.
DREAM INTERPRETATION: NO CONSULTATION IS NEEDED. If there is a dream in which you wake up from, and you remember every, if not most, detail, its most likely that your spiritual court is trying to send you a message. Sometimes the messages received in dreams can be quite cryptic - especially if we are unaware of our signs and symbolisms; our spiritual court can, for lack of better words, beat around the bush sometimes! but this is only because they want for us to have fun, and wisdom, in decoding the message in which was sent.
